Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery is handled directly by our in-house delivery arrangement. Delivery fees are paid directly to the delivery partner upon receipt of the order.

Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will coordinate internally and notify you of your delivery status. You may receive updates regarding estimated delivery timing and any necessary arrangements.

As delivery is managed in-house, we will ensure your order is handled with care and delivered as smoothly as possible. However, delivery timing may still vary depending on route planning and availability.
