Refund policy
All items are carefully checked before dispatch. Due to the limited nature of our collections, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
Returns are only accepted if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. All return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
Sale items, discounted items, and limited pieces are strictly non-returnable.
For approved cases, customers may choose between an exchange (subject to availability) or store credit issued via a digital gift card. No cash refunds will be provided unless the item is proven faulty and a replacement is unavailable.
Store credit has no expiry and can be used for any future purchase.
