Are your pieces limited?
Yes. Most of our pieces are released in limited quantities. Once sold out, restocks may not be available.

How do I choose my size?
Our abayas are sized mainly by length. We recommend choosing based on your height and preferred fit. Please refer to the size guide on each product page before ordering.

I’m between sizes. Which size should I choose?
If you are between sizes, we usually recommend choosing based on your preferred length. If you prefer a slightly longer, more flowing look, choose the larger size.

How is the abaya measured?
Length is measured from the highest point of the shoulder down to the hem. Bust is measured across the chest area of the garment. Sleeve length is measured from shoulder to cuff.

Are the measurements exact?
Please allow a slight variation of 1–2 cm due to manual measurement.

What style of abaya is this?
Our umbrella abayas are designed with a fuller flare from the body down, creating a soft flowing silhouette while maintaining a modest fit.

Is the fit loose?
Yes. Our abayas are intended to have a relaxed and modest fit rather than a close body fit.

Will the abaya touch the floor?
This depends on your height and footwear. We recommend referring to the size guide and choosing according to your preferred length.

Will sold-out items be restocked?
Restocks are not guaranteed unless announced.

How do I know my order is confirmed?
Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

Can I reserve an item without payment?
Items are not reserved unless payment has been completed.

Can I cancel my order after payment?
Once an order has been confirmed, cancellations may not be possible as processing may begin shortly after.

Can I change my order after payment?
If your order has not been prepared or dispatched, we will try our best to assist. Changes cannot be guaranteed.

Are the colours exactly the same as shown?
We do our best to present colours as accurately as possible. Slight differences may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

Will the fabric look exactly the same in person?
Minor differences in texture, drape, or appearance may be visible in person, depending on lighting and handling.

Are the measurements exact?
